Sea Biscuit - 12/12/01

Went to just watch the show, but wound up doing a set. It started OK, but fell apart. It's hard to switch gears from my writing to comedy. My current story is about a mentally ill man being dumped from his hospital. It's a journey through hallucinations and medication wearing off. Hard to be all happy after working on that all day. I'm not going to do anymore sets. If I'm not committed, it's not worth doing.
 

Brainwash Christmas Party - 12/20/01

Fun time tonight. Many good comedians doing many funny things. Got to sit and talk with a few. Aundre the Wonderwoman had a great set. She trashed George Bush and the war and phony patriotism, and the audience loved it all.
